Sitora's entire job is speaking from content you wrote. That only works if you stay in control of it.
What we store
- The public pages you point us at, as text passages
- Your agent's settings, tone, and handoff message
- Conversations your agent has, and captured leads
- Your account email, name, and plan
What we do not
- Pages behind logins, or anything requiring a form or script
- Payment card numbers (billing runs through Stripe)
- Visitor identity beyond what they type to your agent
- Training datasets built from your content: we do not train models on it
Controls
Two buttons, no tickets
Export everything
Settings, then Export: one JSON file with your account, agents, ingested passages, conversations, and leads. Machine-readable, immediately downloaded, no waiting period.
Delete everything
Settings, then Delete account: removes your account, agents, ingested content, conversations, and leads in one cascade. Real deletion, not a soft flag, and your embed goes dark immediately.
