You live where Figma ends and the pull request begins. Motion, typography, and interaction quality are your love language, and you measure them in shipped UI, not mockups.
Our first dedicated support hire. You will own the help center, the ticket queue, and the voice of the company when something breaks. Ironically, you will also coach our own agent.
The product refuses to guess; so do we, with customers and each other.
