Reading conversations and leads

The Conversations tab shows every exchange your agent has had, newest first, including the sources it cited and the moments it handed off.

Leads collects every name and email captured across conversations, each linked back to the conversation that produced it, so you have context before you reply.

Conversations from your own studio testing are labeled studio so you can tell them apart from real visitors.
