Exporting or deleting your data

Settings, Export data downloads one JSON file containing your account, agents, ingested passages, conversations, and leads.

Settings, Delete account removes all of it in one cascade after you confirm by typing your email. This is a real deletion; the embed stops working immediately and nothing is recoverable.

Deleting a single agent from its studio removes that agent's content and conversations while keeping your account.
